ONIISAN TEMPURA needs Sushi Chef/Line Cook
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Must have an experience of atleast six (6) months for Sushi Chef
• Must responsibilities include preparing traditional Japanese sushi rice, chopping, slicing, and filleting various kinds of fish, and placing orders for supplies as needed.
• Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques.
• For Line cook must have experience to prepare and cook Japanese dishes
• Prepares and cook individual Japanese/Chinese dishes and foods.
• Prepares food in accordance with standard recipe.
• Ensures quality of food and determine size of food proportions.
• Ensures that all food is creatively and attractively presented at all times.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Additional duties and responsibilities related to the job may be assigned as required.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in his work area.
• Maintains the proper use of kitchen equipment and supplies
• Ensures that all utensils, wares, kitchen, equipment are properly maintained and accounted for.
• Performs other duties as maybe assigned.
