Job Opportunities: Supervisor and Store Crew

Company Name: Pitstop Convenience Store - Albay
Location: Legazpi, City

Are you passionate about customer service and retail? We’re looking to expand our team at Pitstop Albay and have openings for a Supervisor and Store Crew members. If you’re dedicated, energetic, and eager to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you!

1. Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily store operations
-Lead, train, and motivate store crew
-Ensure excellent customer service
-Manage inventory and stock levels
-Handle cash register operations and financial transactions
-Resolve customer issues and provide solutions

Required Qualifications:

-Proven experience in retail or a supervisory role
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
-Bachelor's degree on Business Administration or equivalent

2. Store Crew

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional customer service
-Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness
-Operate cash registers and handle transactions
-Assist with inventory management
-Perform opening and closing duties

Required Qualifications:

-Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required
-Strong customer service skills
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Reliable and punctual
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
