Our law office is currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join our team!

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, draft, and format legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence
• File pleadings and other documents with courts, government agencies, and offices
• Manage calendars, schedules, deadlines, and court dates
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and client inquiries
• Assist lawyers in daily administrative and legal tasks
• Perform other clerical and office duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
• Applicants who have taken up law units are highly preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word and other basic office applications
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
