Smiles and hope filled Linamon, Lanao del Norte as Walang Gutom Program beneficiaries joined the May 19, 2026 Food Redemption activity held at the Linamon Auditorium. The smiles of the beneficiaries truly paint a thousand words—hope, relief, and gratitude brought home to every family.

With food credits, each beneficiary household was empowered to choose fresh, nutritious, and affordable food to bring home—strengthening every table, every home, and every future.

The successful and orderly conduct of the redemption was made possible through the full support of LGU–Linamon for allowing the activity to be held at the Auditorium, ensuring a safe, transparent, and well-managed process. With the assistance from the LGU and Ma’am Bers (DSWD), Ma’am Ayah (DSWD), Ma’am Shahani (MSWD), Ma’am Luz (MSWD) and Ma’am Rachel (MSWD)—and all and MSWD staff—clear procedures were implemented and explained to ensure a smooth, disciplined, and orderly flow of the redemption, from verification to distribution.

Special mention to our dedicated staff and the Barangay Tanods who were on duty during the night preparation of the food packages, helping ensure security and peace and order as the commodities were readied for the next day’s redemption.
