To our dear friends and customers:
After 7 wonderful months of serving you, we are announcing the closure of Hou Mei Lingayen. If you’ve noticed that we’ve been closed for the past few weeks — it’s because we’ve been carefully and emotionally going through this tough decision.
We started out at Lingayen Bay Walk with a side cart and a portable high-pressure stove, and from there have built a community that has enjoyed our Filipino Rice Toppings infused with Chinese-style cooking. We then moved to a small commercial food court at Lingayen Plaza, and from there, we gained new customers and enjoyed seeing familiar faces come to our food stall.
Though our journey is short, it has been filled with fun, challenges, and growth, and now we’re moving on to a new one! We sincerely thank each and every one of you for your wonderful support over these months.
This is not Goodbye, but see you again in the future! 🥹
