Thank you to the famous Chef Pablo of El Lago Restaurante in Balete for supporting and buying asparagus from Joe Special Farm Lipa.

They offer a one-of-a-kind spanish dining experience here in the Philippines, with a stunning lake side view of Taal. The sunset here is very lovely and breathtaking. What makes the experience here truly memorable is the culinary genius of Chef Pablo with the food he makes! The croquettes and eggplant were my favorite!!

We hope to supply to more local restaurants!

Thank you Department of Agriculture - High Value Crops Development Program (HVCDP) for supporting Joe Special Farm Lipa.

We are very grateful for the asparagus seeds, farming tools, seed trays, and shaded nets which help us in asparagus seedling production.

Special thanks to HVCDP Focal Person Gng. Janice Fajardo and Ramgo seeds, Dianne Guinto, Jill Gacoscosim, and Lj Garcia.

We now have Atticus F1, hybrid green asparagus variety bred in the Netherlands by Dutch company Bejo Zaden. This is a newer-generation hybrid asparagus variety developed for warm growing conditions.

Joe Special Farm Lipa warmly welcomes the City Agriculture Office of Alaminos City, as the first LGU farm tour visitor outside of Region IV-A. We had our first techno-demo training on the best practices of growing Asparagus using organic farming methods.

It was a meaningful opportunity to share our growing practices, farm experiences, and vision for developing Asparagus nationwide.
