LUMPIANG TOGUE RECIPE❤️
Ingredients:
1 lb togue mung bean sprouts
1 medium-sized carrot julienned
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1 tablespoon onion minced
2 tablespoons fish sauce
3/4 cup dried shrimps
1 cup fried tofu chopped
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Spring roll wrapper
3 to 4 cups cooking oil

PROCEDURE:
*Heat a wok or a frying pan and put-in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
*When the oil is hot enough, Sauté the garlic and onions.
*Add the dried shrimps and cook for 1 minute.
*Put-in the fried tofu then stir.
*Add the fish sauce and ground black pepper.
*Put-in the mung bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes.
*Add the carrot and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool.
*Wrap the cooked vegetable in spring roll (lumpia) wrapper.
*Pour the remaining cooking oil in a cooking pot or deep fryer then apply heat.
*Deep fry the wrapped lumpia until the color of the wrapper turns golden brown.
*Remove from the cooking pot or deep fryer and place in a container lined with paper towel to absorb excess oils.
*Transfer to a serving plate
*Serve with vinegar and onion dip

P**O CHEESE ala Goldilocks ❤️

Ingredients:
4 cups APF (all purpose flour)
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups powdered milk
3 tbsp Baking Powder
Pinch of salt

3 cups of water
2 large eggs
8 Tbsp melted butter or oil( adjust if it’s to much for you)

Procedures:
Mix the dry ingredients first, then mix the wet ingredients. Then combine dry and wet mixtures. Mix slowly so that you don't make bubbles when mixing,
filter the mixture, then rest for 30 minutes.
Now boil water, don't use too much water because it will affect the p**o, just a medium fire, mga friendship ko okay?! Then put a cloth on the lid to avoid existing water sa ating p**o.
Steam p**o for 10-13 minutes , then add the Cheese, after adding the cheese steam again for 2 minutes!

If you want to make a lot, just double all the recipes.
In this recipe I made less than 75pcs of p**o!

Tipp: Salain ng 2-3 times ang mixtures ng p**o bago ilagay sa p**o molders para makinis ang kalabasan ng p**o mo 😘!

BEEF PARES RECIPE❤️

Ingredients:
750 g beef brisket (cut into chunks)
250 g beef tendons (cut into chunks)
2 pc onion (medium, chopped)
8 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 thumbs ginger (julienne cut)
2 pcs star anise
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
5 tbsp soy sauce
10 cups water
1/4 cup cornstarch (slurry)
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup spring onion (chopped)
fish sauce
ground black pepper

1. In a cooking pot, put the beef brisket and beef tendons, ginger, half of chopped oinions, half of chopped garlic and add water. Bring to a boil and remove the scum. Cook it over low heat until the beef brisket is tender. Transfer the cooked beef brisket to a bowl and set it aside. Continue cooking the beef tendons until they become tender as well.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a separate cooking pot, then sauté the onions, garlic and star anise. Add the beef, oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and pour half of the beef broth.
3. Prepare a slurry by dissolving cornstarch with water and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour the slurry in a pot and stir well until the broth slightly thickens. Add ground black pepper and fish sauce to taste.
5. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish it with toasted garlic and chopped spring onion. Serve it hot with adobo rice or plain rice.

BANANA CON YELO 🍌🍮

It is quick and easy to make saging con hielo. You will just need to cook the banana in caramel sauce making sure that it gets soft enough to eat, then let it cool down and top with shaved ice and milk. This recipe is good for beginners too since there are no complicated steps involved can see your creation

Ingredients
▢4 to 6 pieces ripe saba banana peeled
▢3/4 cup brown sugar
▢1 1/2 cups water
▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla essence
▢1/4 teaspoon salt
▢1 1/2 cups shaved ice
▢1/4 cup evaporated milk

Instructions
Pour-in the water in a cooking pot. Let boil.
Put-in the brown sugar. Stir.
Add the vanilla extract (or essence) and salt. Stir once more. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the saba banana. Cover the cooking pot. Adjust the heat to low and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Let the liquid reduce to half. Turn-off the heat and allow the banana to cool.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with shaved ice and pour evaporated milk.

YEMA CAKE RECIPE:

Ingredients:

Batter:
4pcs Eggyolks
1&1/4 cup Cake Flour
1/2tbsp Baking powder
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp Iodized Salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 fresh or evap milk

Meringue:
4pcs Eggwhites
2tsp white vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar

Yema Sauce:
4pcs eggyolks
1 can evaporada
1 can condensada
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp margarine/ butter
125ml all purpose cream

Procedure:

Step 1:
Whip egg yolk and 1/3 cup sugar until light. Gradually add milk and vanilla extract and oil. Sift flour with baking powder. Mix in the egg yolk mixture. Separately whip egg whites with 2 tbsp of sugar until soft peaks. Fold in the egg yolk mixture. (20mins)

Step 2:
Pour into a 2 pcs of lanera lined with buttered parchment paper. Bake in a preheated 320°F oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the cake. Set aside to cool completely. Remove cake from the pan and discard parchment paper.

Step 3:
For the yema frosting, combine all purpose cream, egg yolks, cornstarch, evaporated milk, condensada, and vanilla extract. Mix well and bring to a gentle simmer.

Step 4:
Turn off heat and stir in butter. Pour on top of cakes and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Top with grated cheese.

Homemade Pancake Recipe 🥞

Ingredients:
• 2 cups of flour
• 1 egg
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 1/2 cups of whole milk (or water)
• Flavor (Optional)

Directions:

1. Into a bowl, add egg, sugar, and milk. Whisk until combined.

2. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.

3. In another bowl, combine baking powder with the flour. Add this mixture to the wet ingredients and mix gently until well combined—do not over mix.

4. Prepare a nonstick frying pan by coating it lightly with butter and heating it over medium-low heat.

5. Pour 1/3 cupfuls of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the top and the bottom is golden brown. Flip the pancake and continue cooking until the other side is golden brown as well.

6. Once your pancake is ready, for breakfast, serve it with Custard, Akamu (Ogi), or Oatmeal for a hearty and satisfying meal.
If you’re snacking on the pancake, be sure to have a drink chilling in the freezer before you even start mixing the batter. Enjoy! 😊

This recipe yields 7-8 pancakes.

Baked Empanada Recipe!
For the Filling:
1 /2 kilo ground pork
1 small carrot finely chopped
1/2 cup green peas
1/4 cup raisins
2 small potatoes diced
1 small onion finely chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil

For dough:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 stick cold butter (1/2 cup), slice in cubes
1 tsp white vinegar
1 raw egg
1/4 cup ice water
1/2 tsp salt

For egg wash:
1 fresh egg beaten
1 tbsp. fresh milk

For dough:
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add butter and mix using fork or finger tips until pea size like. In a separate bowl, whisk vinegar, egg, and cold water. Pour into the flour mixture little by little and mix together using your hands until the mixture turns dough like. Make into a circular shape and cover with plastic wrapper. Allow to sit in the fridge for 1 hour. Make a golf ball size shape and flatten by using the palm of your hand. Using a rolling pin, roll each ball until it’s about 1/8 inch thick. Use a wide-mouth bowl as a pattern for a nice round shape about 4 inch diameter. Cut off the extra edges using a pizza cuter or knife. Set aside.

For filling: Heat cooking oil in pan. Saute onion and garlic. Add ground pork and saute until golden brown. Place in chopped carrots and potatoes. Stir and allow to cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add the green peas, raisins, and potatoes. Season with soy sauce, pepper and salt. Stir and simmer, until the vegetables, are cooked. Allow to cool and set aside.

Preparation: Scoop up a spoonful of the filling and place in it into the center of the dough. Fold it edge to the edge and seal the edges by using a fork or by twisting the edges. Place them on a baking tray with a baking sheet and brush the inside circle with an egg wash (a simple combination of egg and milk). Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for at least 20 -25 minutes or until crust is light brown.

Note: Alternatively, deep fry until both side are golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve.

AT CRUNCHY NA FRIED CHICKEN

CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN RECIPE😋♥️

Ingredients:
• ¼ cup calamansi or lemon juice
• ½ cup soy sauce
• 1 head garlic, peeled and minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 3 pounds chicken legs or thighs
• ¾ cup flour
• ¼ cup corn starch
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• canola oil

Procedure:
1. In a bowl, combine chicken, calamansi juice, soy sauce, garlic, ½ teaspoon of the salt and ¼ teaspoon of the pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to a maximum 4 hours.
2. Drain chicken from marinade and pat dry.
3. In a shallow dish, combine flour, corn starch, baking powder, and the remaining ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Whisk well.
4. Dredge chicken in flour mixture to fully coat.
5. In a wide, thick-bottomed pan over medium heat, heat about 2 inches deep of oil to 350 F.
6. Add chicken in batches and cook, turning on sides, until golden brown, crisp, and cooked through.
7. Remove from pan and drain .
