We will have 5 pesos increase in selling price will be 30php for all houses delivery and 25 php for pick up

After careful study and consideration we find it deemed necessary to increase our selling price this is mainly due to inflation,increase in operating expenses such us dues business permit and taxes...utility supplies and rice subsidy of crew

We will have 5 pesos increase in price starting march 15,2025 selling price will be 30php for all houses delivery and 25 php for pick up
