This notice is to inform the public that MR. LEONEL S. DELANTAR is no longer connected with YATS International Group of Companies (Clearwater Country Club, Inc., Y-I W**e Club, Inc., YI Leisure (Clark), Inc. and W**eCity) effective July 28, 2026.
MR. DELANTAR is no longer authorized to represent, transact, negotiate, receive payments, sign documents, or make any commitments on behalf of the Company. Any transaction, communication, or representation made by MR. DELANTAR after the stated date shall not be considered authorized or binding upon YATS International Group of Companies and all affiliated companies.
For your protection, the public, clients, suppliers, and business partners are advised to verify directly with the Company any transactions or requests purportedly made on its behalf.
YATS International Group of Companies (Clearwater Country Club, Inc., Y-I W**e Club, Inc., YI Leisure (Clark), Inc. and W**eCity) will not be responsible for any losses, misunderstandings, or disputes resulting from transactions with him after the effective date of this notice.
