She’s happiest when she’s in our Humble Kitchen, whiling the weekends away experimenting, perfecting her recipes. I grew up in Pampanga where each meal we had was delicious and special and important. I thought all homes regarded each meal with such gravitas—food meant recharging ourselves with nourishment and love. In my experience, it’s hard to have a bad day when you’re having such a good meal.

It’s lovely when the food on the table ushers conversations that become food for the soul. Starting this December, my mom’s signature Slow-Cooked American Country Roast Pork Ribs is available for orders in MANILA and PAMPANGA. Humble Kitchen also offers catering services for intimate gatherings and big celebrations. Our signature "Slow-Cooked American Country Roast Pork Ribs" is baked for 12 hours in our charcoal-fired “PUGON” brick oven.

Perfect for gatherings, potluck events, and gifts.

DETAILS:
One slab of our pork ribs is 2000 grams. One tray serves 10 to 15 people, including the sides (buttered corn and marbled potatoes). Order for only Php 1,850.

Humble Kitchen is at the Mangan Tamu Food Park in Clark! We’re serving our best selling Slow-cooked American Roasted Pork Ribs with different choices of side dishes starting at 185 pesos. Our signature Roast Beef is also available, starting at 215 pesos.

Mangan Tamu Food Park is a newly opened food park in Clark featuring home-grown food from Pampanga. Support local!

We're excited to announce that we will be part of Mangan Tamu Food Park in Clark, featuring home-grown food from Pampanga and the region starting tomorrow, Nov 8 (Fri). We will be open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4PM to 12MN!
