He created the noodles for Rokurinsha, Japan's number one tsukemen restaurant with long queues, with the owner of Rokurinsha Mr. Mita, then developed the "Chee-men" for Tsukemen TETSU, another hugely popular tsukemen restaurant, and is the man who created the flour for Nissin Flour Milling's now-popular best-selling "Kabukimono flour “
I also trained at Tsukemen TETSU and endured grueling conditions, so I remember it well.
