A little Phở crash course! A guide for your weekend food trip plans here at Manman Saigon.

Fun fact: Saigon and Hanoi styles are very different when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine. Saigon usually preferring rich, sweet, and having a lot of fresh greens and the occassional sauces, while Hanoi has more subtle, savory, and clearer broths without using any sauces.

If you thought Vietnamese food was just all Pho and Banh Mi, there's so much more to it!

We've got great snacks, from Bắp Xào -- our Vietnamese stir fried corn (think an asian cousin to your elotes), Bánh_xèo -- crispy pancakes, best enjoyed with some greens, wrapped in rice paper, dipped in Nước chấm, Gỏi cuốn -- fresh spring rolls with our crowd favourite peanut sauce, and our very special Chả giò -- fried spring rolls made with our signature netted wrap, best paired with some beer and good friends.

Curious? Come through this week and have a few or all of them! Best enjoyed with good company and hungry appetites!
