By the end of this year, Tubig Pilipinas plans to build its first septage treatment plant outside Metro Manila in Coron, Palawan.

“Having a wastewater treatment infrastructure is critical for top tourist destinations such as Coron as this protects natural resources such as beaches and wildlife from pollution and contamination,” said Ryan T. Yapkianwee, the president of Tubig Pilipinas.

Bacolod Bulk Water Inc, a Consortium headed by Tubig Pilipinas operates the Ngalan Water Treatment Plant, located at Granada Road, Bacolod City, the Water Treatment Plant provides approximately 30% of Bacolod City's Water supply.

Tubig Pilipinas signed a joint venture agreement with the City of Mandaue headed by Mayor Jonas Cortes on Thursday, March 17, 2022.

The company will establish a water desalination plant and a wastewater facility in the city.
