We had the honor of serving a menu of Filipino classics and twists at the 2026 State of the Nation Address. This is our way of celebrating the rich culture of the Philippines through our food. In this edition of Inside the Menu, we look into the different dishes we served at the Batasan Complex last July 27.

Our tablescapes in Batasan Complex featured solihiya charger plates, abaca runners, and floral arrangements with tropical blooms and bamboo — each element paying tribute to the richness of our Philippine islands. 🏝

A selection of panaderya staples were served to guests for merienda: Ube Cheese Pandesal, Cheesy Ensaymada, and Alamang Kabayan.
