Chris’ Cafe Brewing since 2012 Suman House's best seller is Suman sa latik which is one of the types of suman mostly known in the Visayan and Mindanao regions.

It is locally known as “lumpak” in Gandara Western Samar. Most Filipino go to the provinces in the said two major Islands of the Philippines to taste the unknown, exotic and unusual local food not normally found in Luzon Regions. Our aim is to bring the local suman taste and other native food products of Western Samar and some other food known in other parts of Samar and Mindanao to Luzon areas t

o be appreciated by the locals in Metro Manila. Because of the suman sa latik’s improved taste, it is more likely to be patronized not only by those who are familiar with the product but also those who get to taste it for the very first time.
