Last March 28, our Adobo Leveled Up class brought together food lovers ready to rediscover one of the countryโs most iconic dishes. Guided by culinary masters Nancy Reyes, Jaja Andal, and Editha Singian, participants explored creative techniques and exciting variations that transformed familiar flavors into something new and unforgettable.
From the richness of Rodrigo's Roast Pork Belly to the crunch of Crispy Chicken Adobo Flakes, the depth of Batangas Calderobo, and the unique twist of Adobo Paella, each dish showcased just how versatile and dynamic adobo can be. The kitchen was filled with energy, curiosity, and the comforting aroma of a well-loved favorite reimagined in different ways.
