Here are the things I wish I knew before having my 1st baby. This one goes out to all my first-time moms out there!

After my second pregnancy, which made me reflect a lot on the differences between the 1st and 2nd, so if I could give you any advice, it would be to give yourself more grace -- take more time off, get more help, and know that you are not alone. This will help you become more prepared mentally, emotionally and physically. Your pregnancy, your choice.
