This is a batch of lángos we did for a wedding party in early January. We coordinated with the bride for about a year prior to the event. She ordered 50 lángose (25 four cheese, 25 creamy garlic) to serve to her guests.
It was our first time to make such a big batch of lángos! This took a whole day of kneading, dough prep and frying to make it happen. The whole process became quite easy once we got into the groove of it. And now 50 lángos in a day seems like a doable task.
After the wedding we received messages from some of the guests (!) professing how much they enjoyed the lángos, and just overall effusive & supportive energy. It was a nice bookmark to end the event. 👰🤵♥️
