This is a batch of lángos we did for a wedding party in early January. We coordinated with the bride for about a year prior to the event. She ordered 50 lángose (25 four cheese, 25 creamy garlic) to serve to her guests.

It was our first time to make such a big batch of lángos! This took a whole day of kneading, dough prep and frying to make it happen. The whole process became quite easy once we got into the groove of it. And now 50 lángos in a day seems like a doable task.

After the wedding we received messages from some of the guests (!) professing how much they enjoyed the lángos, and just overall effusive & supportive energy. It was a nice bookmark to end the event. 👰🤵♥️

Guess what today is?

It's Day! We're releasing this special edition of brownies to coincide with the day. In fact, the whole month of March is Colon Cancer Awareness month.

So here's some awareness: start screening for Colon Cancer at age 45 if you have no first degree relatives who have the disease. If you do have a first degree relative with this cancer start at age 40, or 10 years before the (youngest) relative developed it. Just remember: 45-40-10.

Ok, now that that's that, here's a fun and cheeky way to remind your stubborn parents to schedule that consult - send them some Frosted Brownies! Or send them to the doctors in your lives, they're sure to get a laugh out of it.

We briefly considered naming this product Colon Cancer Awareness Brownies, but that's such a mouthful so... ✨Frosted Brownies✨!

Oh look, it's a new flavor of langos!

It's a mix of shredded kimchi and our special cheese sauce, topped with more (sharp) cheese and a mix of herbs. It's gooey, it's salty, it's sour and umami. All of that on top of deep-fried bread. 🤤🤤

We tested many, many cheese sauces to find the right fit for this crunchy wonder of fermented goodness (kimchi). What a wild ride it was!

Peanut butter is such an underrated flavor.

The saltiness of peanut butter is already so satisfying in the cookie batter, but then you throw in some rice krispies for added chewiness, and a strong chocolate chip to counter the savoriness of the PB, and it turns into such a confusing & delightful mix of flavors & textures on the tongue. 🤤🤤

Our first new flavor for 2023! Crushed oreos added to our moist, moist batter, so you get a satisfying crunch with each bite. Plus marshmallows embedded under each mini-oreo to really highlight the contrasting textures 🤤

This flavor is already up on our website (link in bio), plus there's a new option of choosing your own flavors for the sampler box of nibblers.

We have a bunch more new & exciting things planned for the coming months, so stay tuned :)

We love to bring this flavor out and trot it around like it's a prized pony during the Christmas season... because it's such a yummy flavor and Christmas is the time to indulge in it 🎠

Dark, dark chocolate and the essence of peppermint, it just tastes better with Christmas in the air 🤤

We want to make promises that this party-sized gift box is sure to last through the entire party (!), that everyone will get their fill (!), that it'll be good for a whole family for a solid week (!)
..but we also don't want to eat our words when all the chocolate bars magically disappear, as they tend to do. 🤐
