Welcome to !

Our new food court concept is a beef noodle shop that’s Taiwanese in flavor, but ramen in impact. We took a long time figuring out how to really extract all the cow flavor and turn it into the richest brown juice you can slurp.

We’re still in soft opening and expect that about half of our menu will still have changes in the next few months. But we’re in decent shape now that we can now invite all of you over.
