Casa Empanada We are the business behind the food cart, Casa Empanada, which has been selling our empanadas since 1996. Its recipe was handed down to generations.

Casa Empanada was derived from the Spanish vocabulary meaning “Home of Empanadas”. It is made out of traditionally hand-made empanada dough, stuffed with savory fillings and deep-fried to perfection.
