For this new edition of our Grand French Wine and Cheese Tour, we will discover 5 different wines from Bordeaux, showcasing iconic grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc. We will also enjoy a delicious selection of traditional French cheeses and specialties, thoughtfully paired with the wines 🤩

An evening of wine, gastronomy, and art at Manila House 🍷🎨✨

We had the pleasure of curating a wine tasting dinner for Sun Life Grepa Financial, bringing together their guests from RCBC Wealth and Hexagon Club for an evening of thoughtful pairings and shared moments 💯

From fine bubbles with spinach & feta spanakopita to exquisite Bordeaux red wine with Beef Bourguignon, each course was carefully paired to complement the wines 👌🏻

The evening also featured the unveiling of a new artwork by Filipino artist Jomike Tejido, adding a creative touch to this celebration of legacy and the future 🎉

A memorable birthday celebration centered around unique Scotch whisky expressions and an exquisite tasting menu by Chef Julien Lecomte of Dr Wine Group 🥃🍽️

The evening featured limited releases from That Boutique-y Whisky Company and Darkness, thoughtfully paired with a refined menu including Oysters Three Ways, Seared Scallops & Smoked Eel, Pan-Seared Foie Gras and Lamb Tenderloin👌🏻

The celebration was completed with a Sea Salt Dark Chocolate & Salted Butter Caramel “Trianon” Celebration Cake, created especially for the occasion. It was elegantly paired with the subtly peated Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire 10 Year Old from Islay 🎂🔥

Each course revealed a different whisky profile, with distinctive characteristics and carefully selected cask finishes complementing the flavors of the menu 💯

Fine whisky, creative gastronomy, and great company — a wonderful way to celebrate a milestone birthday 🎉
