In 2010, sommelier Jacob Kocemba created a tea blend at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen when he couldn’t find the right w**e pairing.

What began as an experiment eventually became Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company, founded with Bo Sten Hansen in 2017.

Today, Sparkling Tea is enjoyed in 50+ countries and served at 100+ Michelin restaurants worldwide. Because everyone deserves a good glass of bubbles!
