Recipe Founded in 1970s�� A mouth-watering delicacy which is originated in Tanza,Navotas City on 1970.

The Recipe was founded by Mr. Reynaldo C. Manuel, a proud father of four,who usually cook and prepare this dish only during special occasions, family gatherings and Holy Week especially every Good Friday. Now, we decided to continue the legacy of our Grand Father to give him respect and to share to you the taste that every person fell in love with. The Inventor is may be gone but the spicy-salty smoky thing goes on and on.
