More than an Employee: He is our "𝙆𝙪𝙮𝙖 𝙅𝙪𝙣." 🌟
When you think of reliability, you think of Kuya Jun. Since joining MNHD in 2021, Mr. Junrey Lumista has been a guiding big brother to everyone in the workplace. Everything he does is fueled by love—not just for his work, but for his wife, Ate Flor, and their six children.
It comes as no surprise that Kuya Jun is once again being honored. He has officially bagged 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱, hitting a remarkable 88% 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 across production, food safety, inventory, and teamwork!
But beyond the numbers, what we admire most about Kuya Jun is his inspiring story. He didn't build his success overnight. From his humble beginnings as a farmer/gardener, to working as a cafe dishwasher, and now excelling as our production staff, he embodies the true spirit of growth and resilience. 🌱➡️🍳➡️🏭
