why we trim hooves 🐄 overgrown or uneven hooves shift a cow’s weight the wrong way, this leads to sore feet, joint strain, and over time, real mobility problems. a cow that’s uncomfortable on her feet eats less, moves less, and produces less milk. regular trimming isn’t optional, it’s basic preventive care that protects her health and her production
