Anpa’s Farm staff attended the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) and Customer Service Training held by the City Tourism Office last August 11–12, 2026 at AirBNB Resto Casisang, Malaybalay City. The 2-day training was attended by 120 participants from various sectors, government offices, and tourism establishments.

This training was designed to equip our tourism frontliners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver excellent, professional, and heartfelt Filipino hospitality.

Our deepest thanks to City Mayor Hon. Jay Warren R. Pabillaran for his continued support in advancing tourism in our city.
