RioVista Farm and Forest It depends on how you look at it. So what can a visitor experience in our place? Well, first, the visitor can experience the Filipino farm life.

SERENITY, SOLITUDE AND SILENCE

RioVista Farm and Forest is an organic, upland, integrated farm surrounded by a young, natural forest or a forest surrounded by a farm. The visitor can join us feed the goats, red tilapia or native free range chicken. He can help plant and w**d lettuce, mustard, eggplant, other vegetables and herbs. He can help plant, w**d and prune cacao, coffee or forest saplings.

He can help harvest vegetables for his lunch or dinner. He can climb coconut to pick his buko (actually he can do it standing on solid ground). He can help harvest (and eat all he can) pummelos, sweet guyabano and cashew when in season.He can help prepare organic fertilizers and pesticides. He can try his hands in tending carabaos or horses. The less adventurous can just picnic and lounge under a tree and read or sleep to the gurgles of the river, he can take a dip in the clear water (like we do often). Or hike along many kilometers of farm roads and trails, also explore the long stretch of the river, ride a horse or carabao bare back. . But most of all, we can offer him serenity, solitude and silence. Time to think, time to talk things over, time to explore his self, time to consider the future. We can offer him a brief respite from a noisy and frenetic world. We can offer him a small slice of Eden.
