We just want to bring the traditional recipe from the Basque country that we have evolved and made it personal and share because we believe its something special that it will be selfish to keep it on our own. Our ingredients are best quality 75% of the cheesecake is cheese. We bake daily and we don't storage in the chiller because one of the most important characteristic of the Burnt Basque Cheese

cake is the particular creamy, cheesy texture that if is chill or storage will loose its magic so as Chele Gonzalez perfectionist approach quality will be in the top of what we bake.
