Thank you again to everyone who made my cooking part of their festivities and gatherings. The last half of December was tiring, but fulfilling one nonetheless.

My kitchen will be closed for a week or two to get some rest and do some catch-ups on postponed get togethers..

To all steak lovers! Will be having a special gift set item perfect for Father's Day!
Black Angus Ribeye (Vacuum packed and frozen) + Butter with Garlic Confit + Rosemary Sprigs all in an insulated gift bag.
Ribeye is 1.3"-1.5" thick at about 600g to 700g per piece. Cook it the way you want it! Open fire grill, cast it iron sear, or reverse sear in a smoker or something oven.
Only P2,000 per set. Limited slots available.
