Today, we commemorate the life of Delia P. Diago, the face behind the name of Delia's Empanaditas. Mommy Delia was a one of a kind woman, a loving wife, a thoughtful mother, a fun grandmother, a sister you can depend on and a trustworthy friend. Everyone that knew her would probably missed her unending karaoke/singing sessions for she had a truly wonderful voice, a golden voice as they say. Aside from singing she is also known for her cooking and one of her specialty was empanada's. And as his son, I was given a privileged for she thought me herself how to make one and trusted me her recipe. And now I make it as much I can to continue her legacy and let everyone taste Delia's Empanaditas just like what my mother used to make. And I do hope by doing this, I make her proud.

To our dearest, Mommy Delia your life was blessing, your memory was treasure, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond treasure. Until we meet again, Rest in Paradise, Mommy Delia.
