I would like to clarify a few things. I have already offered a sincere apology and openly admitted our mistake regarding what happened last December 24. We fully acknowledge that there was an error on our part.

However, I kindly ask that this matter not be taken further to the point of personal attacks or attempts to damage our business. At this stage, continued negative comments are no longer constructive feedback but are already harmful to the business we have worked very hard to build from scratch with time, effort, and sacrifice.

We are not perfect. We are human, we get tired, and we make mistakes. What matters is that we take responsibility, learn from them, and do better moving forward. We did not scam or intentionally deceive anyone. This was an honest mistake, and we have owned up to it.

If you are no longer comfortable with our service, you are free to unfollow or block our page. We respect that decision. You are also free not to order from us or recommend us, and we will respect that as well. What we cannot accept are below-the-belt comments, personal attacks, or comments from people who were not even involved in the transaction. Those will be deleted, and repeat offenders may be blocked.

We accept fair and honest feedback, it helps us improve. But destroying a business over one mistake is not fair.

Once again, to all customers affected last December 24, I sincerely apologize. We have already addressed the issue and delivered what was due. I respectfully ask that we allow everyone to move forward.

Good evening everyone, and Merry Christmas.

I am sincerely apologizing to everyone who was affected by what happened last night. As the owner, I take full responsibility for the delays and the inconvenience caused. There are no excuses , I acknowledge that we failed to meet everyoneโ€™s expectations, and for that, I am truly sorry.

We did everything we could to serve all orders, but unforeseen circumstances happened. Multiple riders declined the deliveries, and despite contracting riders ahead of time, some were unable to complete the deliveries. I was personally cooking and supervising the preparation to ensure the food was served, which unfortunately limited my ability to respond immediately to messages and calls.

I understand the frustration, disappointment, and exhaustion our customers felt especially during Christmas. Your feelings are valid, and I accept all constructive feedback. We chose to remove some comments only to prevent further conflict and hurtful exchanges, not to avoid accountability.

For transparency, I would also like to clarify that our business is fully registered and compliant complete with business permits, BIR registration, sanitary and fire clearances. Anyone who wishes to verify this may visit our store or message us directly.

Some orders were delivered late, some were refunded even in cases where food had already been prepared or delivered. We did this because we value trust more than profit.

This experience has been a hard lesson, and we are taking it seriously to ensure improvements moving forward, especially for the coming New Year. Ordering from us in the future is completely your choice we will never force trust. All feedback posted on this page is genuine, and we respect every honest opinion.

However, we humbly ask for understanding and respect. Hurtful words and personal attacks go beyond feedback. We are human too, trying our best to run an honest business.
