A little NBF heads up for the week.

Our Matcha Bar in Mandaue will remain open during our regular hours while part of the team heads to Davao for our pop-up at Davao Matcha Fest.

Since we’ll be working with a smaller team at the bar, there may be a little extra waiting time during peak hours. Every cup is still hand-whisked and prepared one at a time, so we truly appreciate your patience and kindness with our team.

This one will always be special to us. 🌸

Doc Joey Esguerra | Dentist , our beautiful bride and a true matcha lover, booked NBF months ago, at a time when we were still slowly building our brand.

She took a chance on us and trusted us to be part of one of the most important days of her life, and that is something we will always remember.

To finally be there, setting up our little matcha bar, whisking for their family and friends, and witnessing such a beautiful union felt incredibly special.

Thank you, Doc Joey and Doc Daniel, for allowing NBF to be part of your wedding day. We’re truly grateful for the trust and the opportunity to celebrate this milestone with you.

Kuro, our dark roast hojicha, is honestly bomb. 🤎

This one was actually a special request I made to our partner farmer because I wanted something deeper, darker, and extra roasty.

And they were kind enough to make it happen for us.

One of the things I really appreciate about working directly with our farmer is being able to share what we’re looking for and knowing they genuinely listen.

TWS 2.0 by Ayala Center Cebu by Ayala Malls is officially done, and what a ride it has been.

We came into this event excited, nervous, and honestly not knowing what to expect. But seeing our booth busy for four days, while our little home was also full, was something we never imagined would happen all at once. 🥹

Thank you, Lord, for the strength, the answered prayers, and for surrounding us with so much support.

To our suki, friends, first-timers, and everyone who lined up, waited patiently, visited our store, or simply cheered us on, daghang salamat jd. Every single one of you became part of this milestone.

There were tired arms, sore feet, endless whisking, and moments when we were running purely on adrenaline and 12g of matcha 😂 but our hearts were so full.

Thank you for choosing NBF and for allowing us to keep doing what we love.

See you at our little home or on our next popup… or shall we say, our out-of-town popup? 👀
