Seeing the viral issue about an Photo/Vudeo team worth ₱75K and the couple being dissatisfied with the output made me realize once again how important clear communication and setting expectations are in events.
Personally, I’m very thankful and blessed because my couples and clients have always been kind, understanding, and appreciative of our efforts. 🥹❤️
For me, before saying YES to every request, we always discuss first:
✨ Kaya ba talaga?
✨ Possible ba within the given time and resources?
✨ 100% ba naming makakaya or may limitations?
✨ Ano ang possible outcome para walang surprise kay client?
I believe it’s better to be honest from the beginning than to promise something just to get a YES, only for the client to expect something completely different in the end.
Events are a collaboration between the client and the suppliers. Clear expectations + honest communication = a smoother and happier event experience. 🤍
