Yes, iba na naman ang kasama ko. I know some people think na maarte ako pagdating sa pag select ng mga taong kasama ko, but I think wala akong nakikitang mali doon,especially dahil nasa food business ako.
Important sakin na dedicated sa work, may respect, at may focus sa ginagawa. not only motivated by the paycheck. Sa kitchen, every detail matters. Kapag binasta-basta lang ang trabaho o walang puso ang pag-handle ng food, my business is the one at risk.
More importantly, we're serving food to people. A single mistake can affect not only the reputation I've worked hard to build but also the health and safety of my valued customers.
