Master the Perfect Hakaw Steam: ✨Here’s the best way to cook our Premium Hakaw for that perfect bite every time:

1️⃣ Thaw first
Make sure your hakaw is no longer frozen before cooking.

2️⃣ Prepare your steamer
Wait until it’s on full steam before adding the hakaw.

3️⃣ Prevent sticking
Lightly oil your steamer tray or use parchment paper (dim sum paper).

4️⃣ Steam for 5 minutes — no peeking!
Keep the lid closed to lock in the steam.

5️⃣ Let it rest (1–2 minutes)
Turn off the heat and allow the hakaw to sit. This helps the wrapper firm up, making it easier to remove without tearing.

And that’s it 🤍
Perfectly cooked, juicy hakaw — just like in your favorite dim sum spot.
