Ofie's ensaymada

Ofie's ensaymada Ofie is a baker from the early 60's who passed her recipes to her apo, Theresa.

They gave the ensaymadas as gifts and many of Ofie's friends, both in the Philippines and abroad, loved the soft and buttery bread base of their family's favourite snack.
