📌 TRY THIS RECIPE: Ube Frappe Recipe

Using Top Creamery Ube Powder, Emborg Full Cream Milk, and Master Chef Condensada.

Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp Top Creamery Ube Powder
• 120 ml Emborg Full Cream Milk
• 2 to 3 tbsp Master Chef Condensada
• 1 cup ice
• 2 tbsp whipped cream or whipping cream for topping
• Extra ube powder for garnish

Procedure:

1. Add Emborg Full Cream Milk, Top Creamery Ube Powder, Master Chef Condensada, and ice into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.
3. Adjust sweetness by adding more condensada if needed.
4. Pour into a 16 oz cup.
5. Top with whipped cream.
6. Sprinkle a little ube powder on top for that premium café-style finish.

Café Tip:
For a richer and smoother frappe, add a small splash of full cream milk after blending, then blend again for 5 seconds.
