Proceed 24-stages state of the art (US made equipment and technology)
The source water is refined into a pollutant and contaminant free product using purely non-chemical process.
• STAGE 1. 20 Microns Cartridge Depth Filration - To trap any residue of about 20 microns and up
• STAGE 2. Raw Water Tank – For sediment settings
• STAGE 3-10. Multimedia Filtration – To capture suspended solids.
• STAGE 11-12. Activated Carbon Ultra-Adsorbtive Refinement – To eliminate all underisable colors, bad taste, foul odors and to adsorb inorganic chemicals including chlorine.
• STAGE 13. Water Softener and Ion Exchange – Makes use of resins for ion exchange and adsorption of salt compunds and hardness of water due to inorganic minerals found in nawasa water thereby softening the water source.
• STAGE 14. Brine Tank - Where salt compounds are stored and automatically regenerates the resin periodically as needed
• STAGE 15. 10 Microns Cartridge Depth Filtration – To remove all suspended solids and particulates.
• STAGE 16. 5 Microns Cartridge Depth Filtration – To filter the water from any sediments.
• STAGE 17. 1 Micron Cartridge Depth Filtration – To free the water of any microscopic sediments.
• STAGE 18. Reverse Osmosis Hyper Filtration - RO reverse osmosis membrane separates the
reject water (70%) from pure water which is (30%) only as CLEARFLOW product water
with less than 10ppm. The 30% pure water was stored in PET water tank.
• STAGE 19. Product Tank - Pure water is stored at a pure water tank
• STAGE 20. 1 Micron Cartridge Depth Filtration - To ensure that the product water is pure.
A final 1 micron Sediment filter was installed.
• STAGE 21. POLISHING COCONUT CARBON - Polished the product for a better
refreshing taste.
• STAGE 22. ULTRA-VIOLET SCANNER - To kill all micro organism that live in water,
processed via closed-loop recirculation tube with the ray of ultraviolet light.
• STAGE 23. OZONE GENERATION - As final decontamination the product water was processed
through ozonation for having a long life 1 year guarantee
• STAGE 24. FLASHING - This is a stage/procedure that applies every morning after backwashing
to flash all over-nigth stocked water in PVC pipes.
