Food Panda ALERT! SHARE!
Attention to restaurants, owners, customers, & Food panda Management.
We received an email from Food Panda regarding an order from our store this morning saying that there are items missing from our delivery. when we checked with our staff they said we served and passed it to the fp rider with complete items written on the receipt stapled to it. Also we checked our inventory if all items in the said fp order are correctly deducted to our stocks, and it is! So we tried multiple ways to contact the customer and fortunately, we are able to find & speak with them thru messenger. They immediately apologize as they intentionally report missing items to food panda to refund such amount. They said, they just heard about it from friends and just want to try if its true. 😞
Very sad. Small businesses strive night and day just to survive, some of us even come back and forth from provinces everyday just to try our luck in Manila. It is very disappointing and discouraging.
We didn’t post this to humiliate our customer. As we ask for their permission to post this for everyones awareness and to the FOOD PANDA management to make a move and do something about this. This only shows that your vendor protection system is not even reliable and dependable for us Vendors because how come you can immediately refund the amount to customers without contacting us or hearing from us yet? Do you even ask for delivery photos from customers before refunding? These are unacceptable lapses, considering you are charging us 25-30% on your commissions monthly plus excessive charges on your promotions. Be fair. Be responsible.
