Atty. Gil Anthony Escala Aquino and Atty. Rosalyn Ruth Anuncio-Aquino were invited to witness the Legal Education Board's (LEB) inspection of Biliran Province State University's proposed Juris Doctor program.

Biliran residents need to travel to Tacloban/Palo/Ormoc (2-3hrs) to get legal education. This initiative will give Biliranons much needed access to legal education and legal services. If their proposed program is accepted, BiPSU will no doubt be a top-tier law school in no time.

Atty. Rosalyn Ruth Anuncio-Aquino recently hosted the launch of the Tri-City Justice Zone of the Justice Sector Coordinating Council. The Zone is composed of RTCs of Tacloban City, Ormoc City, and Catbalogan City, and is focused on addressing cases of OSAEC/CSAEM. Atty. Roe is also a member of the organizing committee.

Atty. Gil Anthony Escala Aquino also attended the event as the representative of Leyte Colleges.
