😱 Akala mo totoo, pero… MYTH lang pala! Sa dami ng sabi-sabi tungkol sa kape, oras na para alamin ang katotohanan!

❌ MYTH: Mas malakas ang espresso kaysa brewed coffee.
✅ FACT: Mas concentrated ang espresso, pero dahil maliit lang ang serving, mas kaunti ang caffeine kumpara sa isang buong tasa ng brewed coffee!

❌ MYTH: Mas madidilaw ang ngipin mo pag mahilig ka sa kape.
✅ FACT: Totoo na nakaka-stain ang kape, pero kung iinom ka gamit ang straw o magsisipilyo pagkatapos, hindi ito magiging problema!
