Jesus and the Father Are One

“‘I and the Father are one.’” — John 10:30 (NIV)

Alam mo yung sinasabihan ka ng friend mo, “Relax, kasama mo ako!” 😎 Tapos pag may problema na… “Bro, good luck!” 😂 But with Jesus, hindi empty words ang assurance Niya.

Sa John 10:30, sinabi ni Jesus, “I and the Father are one.” Ipinapakita nito kung sino talaga si Jesus—He is one with the Father. Kaya kapag lumalapit tayo kay Jesus, hindi tayo lumalapit sa isang ordinaryong tao lang. We are trusting the Son of God who has the power and authority of God.

Kaya kapag uncertain ang future mo, huwag kang matakot. Hindi mo kailangang kontrolin lahat. Trust Jesus, stay close to Him, and let Him lead you.

Prayer: Panginoon, salamat dahil si Jesus ay one with the Father. Tulungan Mo akong magtiwala sa Kanya sa bawat situation at sundin ang Kanyang direction. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙏

Huwag Mong Ipagpalit si Jesus sa Mundo

“Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life.” — John 12:25 (NIV)

Alam mo yung “YOLO” mindset? 😂 “Isa lang ang buhay, enjoy natin!” Pero sabi ni Jesus, may mas malalim pa sa life kaysa puro enjoy, comfort, at sariling gusto.

Sa John 12:25, sinabi ni Jesus na kung sobrang mahal natin ang buhay natin sa mundo—na parang dito na umiikot ang lahat—puwede nating makalimutan ang mas importanteng bagay: eternal life with Him.

Hindi masama ang mag-enjoy, mangarap, o maging successful. Pero kapag mas mahalaga na sa atin ang pera, comfort, popularity, o sariling plano kaysa kay Jesus, kailangan nating mag-check ng priorities.

Ask yourself: “Si Jesus ba ang priority ko, o ako ang priority ko?” Huwag mong ipagpalit ang eternal purpose para sa temporary pleasure.

Prayer: Panginoon, tulungan Mo akong hindi ma-attach sa temporary things. Gawin Mong higit na mahalaga sa akin ang relationship ko sa Iyo kaysa sa anumang bagay sa mundo. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙏

Follow Where Jesus Leads

“If anyone serves me, they must follow me; and where I am, there will my servant be also. If anyone serves me, the Father will honor them.” — John 12:26 (NIV)

Alam mo yung “Follow me” sa social media? 😂 Click lang, follow na agad! Pero kay Jesus, hindi lang basta click ang follow—may commitment!

Sa John 12:26, sinabi ni Jesus na kung gusto nating maglingkod sa Kanya, kailangan natin Siyang sundan. Hindi lang kapag convenient, hindi lang kapag blessed, kundi kahit mahirap at may sacrifice.

Minsan gusto natin yung blessings ni Jesus, pero ayaw natin yung journey kasama Niya. Gusto natin ng crown, pero ayaw natin ng cross. Pero ang tunay na follower ni Jesus ay willing pumunta kung saan Siya nangunguna.

Ask yourself: “Sinusundan ko ba talaga si Jesus, o gusto ko lang na sundan Niya ang gusto ko?”

Prayer: Panginoon, tulungan Mo akong hindi lang maging admirer Mo kundi tunay na follower. Bigyan Mo ako ng courage na sundin Ka saan Mo man ako dalhin. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙏
