Last year, we unlocked this door. 🌱
With simple, minimal decor, limited menu, and a small team, we welcomed our very first customer.
A month later, after much thought and constant discussions. We've added coffee & bread onto our menu and to focus on what we truly loved.
Throughout the year, it was so true that not every day was easy, but every day taught us something.
We learnt, we adopted and we grew.
Somehow, we were lucky enough to see so many familiar faces who return again & again. That was something we never took for granted. 🫶🏻
Behind every drink served & every pastry sent out was a team genuinely cared for.
We listened to your feedback, spent countless hours on R&D, burnt bakes,bad shots of espresso, searched for better ingredients and launched a menu and many more.
Not every version of a drink or baked goodies was perfect, but every version represented the effort and care from our home kitchen to put into making it better.
It was about creating a space where people could slow down, feel comfortable and stay a little longer than they planned or come back more often than they expected.
Whether you waited every week or only once, you've been part of what the Bake Season is today. ✨🩷

We just closed our shop last week of July, a quiet closing of this season , before we begin the next just around the corner.
We're evolving into something new, just around Damilag, Manolo Fortich. 🤭
This wasn't simply about moving.
It became an opportunity to think every detail.
Over the past month, we've questioned almost everything, and even how the space should feel.
Some things stayed.
Many things changed.
We hope the next time you visit, it feels familiar yet even better than before.
A new space, a refined experience, a new go-to-place for bakers & coffee enthusiasts and the same heart behind every cup, pastries and bread. The journey continues just in a new neighborhood.
