"Let us not see tech-voc as ‘Plan B.’"
In his presentation at the Asia Pacific Conference on Curriculum Studies and Instructional Designing, TESDA Secretary Kiko Benitez emphasized that tech-voc training is not just a fallback option but a powerful pathway to success.
According to Sec. Kiko, in a world that’s volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous, diverse, and disruptive (VUCADD), tech-voc gives Filipinos the practical skills to adapt, create, and lead, noting that in just a few months of training, they can transform their lives, contribute to their communities, and become leaders in a rapidly evolving workforce.
