Marami sa market ngayon ang ganitong klase ng Pita.

Looks old, medyo sturdy yung base, and at first glance feeling mo hindi nya kakayanin kung lalagyan man sya ng sauce.

This is what we mostly encounter noon, pero ngayon we switched to a Pliable Pita Tortilla.

As you can see this one looks more fresh than the other one, very soft din ang wrap base na’to.

We tested both to see the difference.

We tried to fold it.

Wrap it.

Soak it.

Fry it.

Makikita mo naman na Malachi’s Pliable PIta Tortilla really put the standards.

Kaya now hindi na problema samin kung anong wrap base yung gagamitin namin.

🫓😉 Nagsimula ang lahat sa simpleng idea, hindi namin inaakala na ganito na ang magiging kalagayan namin ngayon.

Since nung nagsimula kami wala kaming ibang hinangad kundi ang makatulong sa mga business owners na humahanap ng premium quality na wrap base. But from that simple yet powerful "will," turns into a greater change.

Nung una marami kaming sinubukan, merong mga trials and errors, pero we are glad na hindi iyon natapos doon.

Dahil ngayon, masaya kami na we still continue on making hand-crafted Pliable Pita na hindi lang masarap but also a pita na can hold everything kahit masauce pa yan. Parang yung mga partners lang natin dito sa Malachi's na patuloy na nagtitiwala sa service namin.

Having problems kung pano mo isstore ang pita bread mo?

Let me teach you how to do it the Malachi’s Way.

When you receive your order, it is important na we check it first.

The way we do it is we put it in a lidded container, so kung may extra pita we can still use it anytime.

Before namin ilaunch ang pita tortilla we run research and development to make sure that your pita stays pliable for the long run.

Kaya kahit ifreezer natin sya hindi ito agad agad magccrumble or masisira.

Kapag room temperature it can last from 15-21 days.
3-4 months kapag nasa chiller

And 6-12 months naman kung nasa freezer.

Of course it will also depend kung paano mo istore ang pita mo.

Pro Tip: Reheat without oil before use.

Be a wise consumer so do it the Malachi’s Way.
