​The Nature of the Crunch: Because our chips are real potato slices and extra crispy, they are naturally fragile.

​Our Promise: We pack every single order with layers of protection (bubble wrap/boxes) to ensure they leave our kitchen in perfect condition.

​The Journey: Once they enter the courier network (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok), they go through multiple sorting hubs. Despite our best efforts, "the crunch" can sometimes lead to "the crush" during long-distance transit.

If you want to ensure your chips arrive in pristine, "whole" condition, we highly recommend booking via Grab or Lalamove for same-day, door-to-door handling. This avoids the heavy sorting machines and multiple transfers!
