We were away for a while as we have been looking into new dishes. I tried a few times before I finally got the taste and timing I have been looking for. You will never like canned or any other corned beef after you taste ours. Dipped into our creamy mustard sauce and roasted garlic confit with steaming hot rice or paella rice, you are in for a melt in your mouth explosion of flavors. But we need time to prepare this dish. All good things require time. We brine it for 10 days, roast for 8 hours, rest overnight and pan fry once ready to eat. We cant wait to share this dish with you, guys!
