Pork Pochero Recipe ❤️
Makulay magulay masarsa😋

Ingredients:
2 lbs pork belly cut into serving pieces
Cooking oil
5 ripe saba bananas
2 small carrots - cut into chunks
2 medium potatoes -
3 medium sweet potatoes
Cabbage
100g Green beans
5 cloves garlic - minced
1 medium onion - chopped
100g tomato sauce
100g tomato ketchup
1/2 cup pork and beans
2 tablespoons fish sauce
Pinch of ground pepper
3 to 4 cups water adjust

Instructions:
1.Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes, carrots, and bananas until the edges are slightly browned.
- Remove from oil set aside.

2. Same pan remove some oil sear or shallow fry the pork belly 3 minutes each side.
-saute garlic and onions until soft and aromatic then add the pork back to the pan, saute nicely for couple of minutes.
Season with fish sauce or salt and ground pepper.add the tomato sauce and catsup. Add water cover and cook until meat is tender.

3.check the meat then add the green beans, add back the fried potatoes, carrots and bananas simmer for 5 minutes before adding the cabbage and the pork and beans adjust the taste simmer uncovered for 2 minutes.

Pork Pochero Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds pork belly - cut into cubes
2-3 tablespoons oil
2 ripe saba bananas - each cut into 3 pieces
1 small carrots - cut into chunks
1 big or 2 medium potatoes - cut into quarters
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 medium onion - chopped
2 medium tomatoes - cut into chunks
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons fish sauce
⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
2-3 cups pork broth - or water
1 cup baguio beans
1 cabbage sliced into 4

Instructions

Boil pork belly in water until it becomes tender. Separate the meat and broth when ready to cook.

Heat oil in a deep pan or a pot and fry the potatoes, carrots, and bananas until the edges are slightly browned. Remove from oil and transfer to a plate.

In the same oil saute garlic, onion, and tomato until limp.

Add the pork belly cuts and the tomato paste.
Season with fish sauce and ground pepper.

Next, add back the fried potatoes, carrots and banana (saba) and also the baguio beans

Pour in the broth/water and let it simmer to cook the potatoes and carrots and until the broth turns into a thicker sauce.

Lastly, add the cabbage and Cover the pot for 3 minutes to cook the cabbage.
Serve with warm Rice!
