Tria family is well known for our quality longganisa that has been a go-to pasalubong and everyday food in Aparri. Our recipe is a family heirloom that has been passed on by generations since the 1960’s.

Our grandmother’s recipe which is made with pure heart and soul is what makes our longganisa unforgettable. From the process of cleaning the intestines, drying, meat grinding and mixture of our top secret ALL NATURAL spices - everything is done by one of the daughters who has continued the legacy, Beth Tria Tordesillas.
