POV: You prepared everything for your second batch… then the seaweed said, “NOPE.” 😭🍙

We were supposed to make another batch of our Homemade Korean Kimbap, but things didn’t go exactly as planned.

Unfortunately, we discovered that the seaweed sheets we were going to use were already sira-sira and not in the condition we expected. 🥲🌿

So instead of pushing through and selling kimbap that doesn’t meet our standards, we decided to stop and figure things out first.

Behind every order is also a lot of trial and error, unexpected problems, and lessons.

It may look like a failed batch, but for us, it’s also part of learning and improving. 💗 Every batch teaches us something new!

We’d rather take our time than serve something we’re not proud of. 🍙✨
